veeyah
For job seekers who know something isn't working, but aren't sure what to fix first.
Job searching is exhausting in a way that's hard to explain to people who aren't in it.You're putting yourself out there over and over without getting much back. The hardest part is the hiring process isn't going to tell you why you're not moving forward. So most people keep guessing.I spent years as a recruiter, helping hundreds of different teams make competitive hiring decisions, and there's a lot that goes on behind-the-scenes that most candidates aren't aware of.After watching too many qualified people get rejected from the process without ever being told why, I made it my mission to be the person who finally tells them. That's why veeyah exists: to show job seekers what they need to work on that actually matters in this job market so they can stop guessing.
Sound familiar?
You’re applying to jobs you think you'd be a great fit for, but you're barely hearing back.
You feel like interviews have gone well, but you're not moving forward.
You've made it to final rounds, but still no offer yet.
Honestly, you’re not even sure what you're doing wrong.
The Job Search Diagnostic
Most job search help starts with a fix:Tailor your resume.
Update your LinkedIn.
Network daily.
Apply to more jobs.Sometimes those are the right things to work on, but not always. The Diagnostic starts one step earlier: figuring out which part of your search is keeping you stuck, and what to change first so you can start putting yourself out there again with more security and confidence.
Where you're stuck determines what we work on:
Before our session, I'll send you a quick intake to fill out so that I'll have all the data I need to make the most out of our 60 minutes.
If you're applying to a lot of jobs and barely getting interviews: We're not starting with your resume yet. We'll look at whether you're aiming for roles your experience can back up. A better resume can't fix the wrong target.
If recruiters are interested, but not moving you on to the hiring team: Your resume already did its job. What I'm looking at is the call itself - how you're explaining your background, your pivot, why this role, why this company. Recruiters need language they can confidently repeat to the hiring manager. We work on that, live.
If you're getting interviews but not reaching final rounds: What we look at first is how you're answering technical questions, who you're answering for, and whether you're adjusting based on the person across from you. A hiring manager is trying to answer different questions than an executive or peer panel.
If you're reaching finals but not getting offers: At this stage, you've proven you're a strong fit. The issue usually comes down to what the decision-makers are actually considering at this point, what you should be communicating (or not), and what's making you feel like a safer or riskier choice than the other finalists.
What you'll get:
Analysis of where your search is actually getting stuck and why
A detailed step-by-step plan for what to fix based on your stall point
What you don't need to touch yet
How to prepare for each interview stage
Additional support as you move forward in the process
What this is not:
Not a generic resume or profile rewrite
Not a "discovery" coaching call
Not another checklist of job search tips you can find on Google
Not a sales call for an upsell - The Review is whole thing.

I spent over a decade in recruiting and career coaching before launching veeyah. I’ve also had to navigate career pivots and job searches I didn’t ask for, so I know how frustrating it is to be doing everything you’re supposed to and still not know what’s working. This is my way of giving job seekers the kind of direction I wish more people had access to: honest, practical, and grounded in how hiring actually works in this market.

veeyah comes from via - Latin for “path.”We build it. You walk it.
